This sounds very much like something that would fit a sports-car / racing car add-on :)

planned... not firmly, no, first the devs have their hands full releasing the game. Upon the completion of the game they will probably have their hands full with supporting their product some time too. First then actual plans for the add-ons will emerge, but a sports-car / racing-car expansion I guess would probably be one of the first things they will plan on doing then :) (I'm looking forward to it as well :P)

Edit: Currently the largest I4 is 3.1L, V12s don't exist just yet, but if you go with the same limits as for the current I4, then the smallest V12 will be a 1.2L :)

that should suffice in tininess xD

Nope, 3.1lt is the biggest I4, not sure about v12s yet, but probably 3lt or so would be the smallest

Currently you allow for 100 ccm cylinders... so 1.2L should be "in it already" for a V12 ;)
I was nijad :P

:(

Anyway I am agree with Rob, 100cc per cylinder, as it is now is better and then you don't have to change the block size and the bore / stroke system for V12. ;)
