Output of models

My question is will there be any way to output a basic completed car model, such as OBJ format or some such? Something I can bring in to another mod friendly format like rFactor?

Re: Output of models

Ah, OK, cool. Seems it's not an original thought. :)

The premise of what you're doing sounds really interesting to me as it is. But to then be able to take the cars you've made and export em out and actually drive em around would obviously be the icing on the cake. Seems like a logical progression. Of course I do realize it's easy to talk about but a lot more difficult to make it happen.

ISI's gmotor2 platform is fairly easy to work with and they will farm it out but you guys are probably aware of all that. You could user input some basic script stuff (spring rates, arb dia., mass, weight distribution, cd, heights, widths, COG, etc.) and output a working physics file without too much trouble, if you're familiar with it.

Anyway, looking forward to see what you guys come up with.
