Car Sizes

Hi, In the full game and upcoming patches what is the smallest platform and largest platform we will have to play with i was thinking something as small as the old ford Ka, BMW Isetta, Smart Fortwo or Toyota IQ. and for largeness Ford Galaxy, Dodge Ram, Range Rover.

Re: Car Sizes

Speaking of sizes, given that different continents have a different ideas of what a car's size is how will this be reflected in the game
e.g. the Ford Mondeo is considered a large car in Europe whereas in North America it is "mid sized"

Re: Car Sizes

This will probably be handled using the demographic groups. I'm sure certain areas will have more groups wanting smaller cars and other areas with more groups wanting bigger cars.

And in regards to the largest size I think we need to go to a Ford Excursion size at the least. It was the largest SUV in regular production, in North America anyway. Need the big trucks, Ford F-150 was at one time the best selling car in the world, Americans love these.

Pickup truck wise, I'd like to see up to a full-size one ton pickup (Ford F350, Ram 3500). Here in the states, the large luxury truck market is hot right now; pickups in the $40k to $60k range are big sellers.

Re: Car Sizes

There will eventually be a wide range of car sizes, yes.
