Where to put downloaded engines ???

I was watching a youtube video of automation and they youtuber posted a link for a downloadable engine pack. but i have no idea where to put this pack. where are the engines you have made and the cars you created go when you are looking in the actual program file ?????????

Mine are in the engines folder in my automation folder in my Documents.

C:\Users\L875-10G\Documents\Automation
