Another Car Designer update probably will be coming in around 2 weeks, but still a long way to go to finish the Car Designer afterwards. The Tycoon part will follow after that.

I would love to have the finished product sooner too (like everyone!) but tbh I'm in no rush when i know the quality of the finished game will be top notch. No point and no need to rush the game to sacrifice any aspect. It'll be done when its done

A lot of people do, but all the stories and answers i've read from the devs, not gonna happen. Engine designer related stuff will only come after tycoon part has been set up for the most part. Besides, its well possible that V16 will come as DLC only after the full game has been finished.... So, 2015 maybe?

V16s will be in at release, but will be put in after the tycoon part indeed.
