It's kind of working already on grilles atleast.
Only way I could made this happen was to first put badge on top of hood and then move it on top of grille.
It would be a nice addition that you can't choose already placed grille/anything while you are placing new badge/something. At the moment putting badge on top of grille is kind of impossible because trying to place badge on grille actually chooses the grille to be edited... This might only be a bug?

Its a known bug we are aware of and it is already reported by the betatesters. Good for pointing it out again. But of course you can expect that this issue will be solved and placing badges will become easier and better later on, just like there will be more badges and the possibility to write 1.6T or 1600 TURBO on the back of the car
