Emerging market cars

Assuming a car gets a review by many different magazines or tv shows etc will it be easier to make a a car get good reviews in a place like India or china where cars lack quality.
For instance I build a car called the shitaku rubishia and in the us it gets a 1* review.
But in India the shitaku rubishia gets a 5 star review.
Will this happen also would we have to make the cars cheaper.

Well, the sales will be very dependant on what other cars are available in the market, so if the other cars available at the time in India or what have you are awful, then your car will sell better, yes.
Buyers in developing countries would be mainly quite poor, and so yes price would be important. All these things will differ per region and change over time.
