Hi, are there any plans to have heat effect the way a engines run on the dyno test?

Well, it kinda already does. Currently the engine can only take 100 kW/L or 125kW/L without seeing detrimental effects on its lifespan. When the Car Designer releases, this will be taken out, as cooling only comes into the picture really when the engine is inside a car.
