If Adopted by Steam, Will All Pre-Orders Get a Steam Key?

I hope this hasn't been asked before, seems like I remember seeing something about it but after searching for a bit today I wasn't able to find anything.

Anyhow, I'm amazed this game hasn't been picked up by Steam yet... but I'm sure it's only a matter of time until it is. So what I'm wondering is, for those of us who are early pre-orders, will we be able to add our existing game key to our steam account, or would we hafta buy another key?

Also, if you're picked up by Steam, will you be making this a Steamworks title (achieves, cloud suppert, etc)? If so, I guess that would anwer the first question. Thanks.

I'd say so, everyone like Kerbal Space Program does it, so I assume its easy enough to get steam keys for all your existing users.
