What about axle set up?
live axle vs independend suspension?

What kind of car types will you support?
I'd like to build a real offroader, will this be supported, or would higher cars just get bad testing results for high speed corners :-)

Oh yes, there are various live axle and independent setups (can't quite remember the full list right now, just got home from the pub!)

You will be able to build off roaders, and various stuff will influence how good they are offroad

Are you planning to add contracts with police, military, and so on?

Fleet sales -- you could have the option to offer a de-contented version of a sedan to rental companies, taxi operators, businesses with battalions of traveling salesmen and service reps, and so on, or a hotted up version to law enforcement. See, e.g., Ford Crown Victoria.

If you rely too heavily on fleet sales, it tends to depress the resale value of your retail cars, and make them less desirable. See, e.g., Chrysler, General Motors.

looking forward to this, i'm so making a modern family car with a boxer engine mounted in the back :P

or maybe a kei car, with a I3 turbo engine :P

gonna be fun to see what sort of fun things people will build in the game.

I really believe that this is what will pull people in. Getting to build the car of your choice, no matter how strange, is very rewarding. There are a few games that let you mod cars with torque curves and so on, and if you put in the time you can get great results :3

But no games, yet, does it like automation seems to do.

Probably not fleet sales at launch, but it would be something we would like to see.

Well, I do own a kei car. As in the first post, we probably will do I3's, if not at launch soon after.

What about 7 and 8 speed transmissions

7 speed - current vw golf (dsg)
8 speed - new vw Touareg (regular auto)

and maybe adjustable size radiators, intercoolers and oil coolers etc ?

There are 7-gear and 8-gear autos. There are even 9-gear and 10-gear autos. Not sure about DSGs though.
