If you have the game key, you should activate it on your account. Then, you download the game, and log in with your account. If you don't have the key, you should contact a moderator/developer.

Assuming you are asking when the activation key will come, it should be in your emails by now. As Killrob said, be sure to check the spam folder.

Sorry about the lack of replies, I am sure the devs have re-sent it by now. Are you sure you did not type in the wrong e-mail address to your account? It might be in your trash as well.

Hi Canvas,

I am not sure how you obtained the email address contact@automation.com but that is either our contact email address, or even our domain ( our website is automationgame.com not automation.com)

I believe you have now just sent us an email ( to contact@camshaftsoftware.com ) and Rob has replied. If you still are having issues, or have not received your key. Can you please send another email to contact@camshaftsoftware.com with the email used in the paypal transaction, and/or your full name used to purchase Automation.

Cansavas, don't forget that most of the developers are from Australia, so depending on where you live they might be slow to respond simply because of time zone differences
