Re: V16 edition steam

I believe its better known as the "Turbocharged Edition", at least it does include V16 engines..

Cheers!

Hey, just bought Automation today and I'm glad to hear V6s are in the works for the near future! It's refreshing seeing game developers interact with and even listen to their community as much as you guys do, and I'm loving the game so far, thank you very much!! :D

To Daffy's comment I would like to add a different view: I still think we SHOULD do I3s first, but do not have the means to do so because we only just got the sounds for V6 engines (don't have them for any other types yet). They are the most requested engine type too, so it seems logical to do V6s first instead under these circumstances. If we had the I3 sounds ready, they would go first because they will be an extreme point in the campaign balance.

Saying the truth equals a perma-ban around here, interesting. I guess now would be the best time to say this since Killrob is either going to ban this account or get someone to do it for him (if no one beats him to it) so here it goes, as much as I look forward to seeing V6s earlier and even plan on using them as soon as they come (especially if I can throw a single turbo and not one per bank on it) it doesn't change the fact that Killrob and whoever else is a hypocrite for the decision.

Re: V16 edition steam

Okay. Sure. Making a decision, then reevaluating it later and deciding there is a better option is being a hypocrite (it's also how the design process works, you realize reasons for doing things differently and change what you're doing on that basis)

I should also point out that for a long time we said we'd probably be moving to Unity, now we're most likely going to be moving to UE4 instead. Such hypocrisy :D

You didn't get banned for speaking some kind of truth, there is no secret reason we're doing V6s next instead of I3s.

You got banned because you kept randomly calling both developers and long term community members hypocrites, liars, trolls and wouldn't stop when we asked you. I actually found a lot of your feedback very interesting, and much of it quite true. But you need to stop randomly insulting people, it's not OK.
