go to www.shapeways.com and have them printed. Not very cheap, and I dont know how reliable the parts would be, but you can solid print there. Buying mass produced after market parts would be much cheaper. 3D printing is not meant for mass produced items, at least, not yet.

REALLY REALLY offtopic, but to answer that.. 3d printing will be like cellphones, tablets and normal paper printers. everyone will have atleast one per household, printing your own food and printing parts for things you need or need to repair.
