Smoothness and handling

In final game, will low engine smoothness shake the car?
Because if i put a 4L Inline 4 thats 1 liter per cylinder and in a real situation that would shake the car like a blender hahah,
sorry for the stupid question

well, that's why we have the smoothness stat after all... anything below 50 can be considered rough, and I think anything below 40 is actually reducing MTBF.
