Working with real life manufacturers

Hi guys!

Have you had any contact with real life manufacturers to include their parts in the game, or perhaps work with some engine designers to give feedback on your own engine designer?

Do you foresee Automation being used by engine builders/manufacturers in the same way Football Manager seems to be used by people in the football world, and MS Flight Sim by pilots?

Re: Working with real life manufacturers

Not really, no, although I have had a performance engine builder have a go at it.

I imagine the kind of people who work with engines would find Automation pretty good fun, and their background would mean they already know most of what's needed to build good engines.

Doesn't have any real simulation application though, beyond teaching a good overview of engines to people.
