as far as i know, devs did drop the idea of gearbox designer as a whole, giving us standardized gearboxes instead

how about giving a set of standard gearboxes and an advanced option to design them from scratch

I know it says hondas but it may be a good base, you can enter each individual gear and final drive and it will spit out top speed in each gear at redline and adjust for tire size.
