Buying Out The Competition

I had massive fun trying to buy out companies in CarBiz so why not Automation?
Though I became disappointed when I couldn't inherit (read steal) that much stuff.
So I also have these questions.
If we buy a company, can we get access to their engines and suspensions?
Would be great!
If we buy something big (e.g.:VW Group), do we get all the subsidiaries?
And slightly off, can we joint-build a car (e.g.:Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ)?
And also, can we make our own subsidaries/tuning division (Mugen,AMG)?

Re: Buying Out The Competition

As far as the business-side of the game goes, I think these are all really great points.

Most if not all of those things should be possible, the business side is very much still in the planning phase
