Pop-up naming boxes for the body selection area.

So, yea. I've about a thousand car bodies to play with and was wondering if this would be too hard to implement. A hover activated pop-up identifier for the body's name. I know we can't technically name the cars, but we can call them what they are. Like "Mid '90's Hatch" would pop up if you hovered over the body.

It's not that it's hard to implement, it's just that it's a useless feature. You can't have 10 cars named the "90's hatch", or the "60's saloon". Thumbnails should be enough.

Internally they do have a unique name anyway, I don't see why a tool-tip displaying a few stats about each car behind the thumbnail would be a bad thing :)
