Custom Scenarios

One thing I'd like is for the ability to make a custom scenario, by using a file describing description, name, and of course the options for a scenario.
It could be placed in a group called "Custom Scenarios"

We'll look into providing the option to add custom scenarios in the version of the game that has Steam Workshop integration. Making scenarios is pretty simple actually! (Balancing them is not )
