I noticed that there is no "warning" for when you put too much boost through a carb, can you guys slowly change the carbs color to red as the boost goes up just like when it is a restriction? The only way I know where the boost limit is is by listening for the "lights" turning on, that blinky sound. Also, shouldnt the reliability to boost go up with increasing quality? Seems that it is always at 0.70 and you cant boost more than that even with a +15 carb.

there is a reason for that - carbs work with airflow and no pressure at all, too much of both and it just won't work

When you use a turbo through a carb, the carb in question is modified so that the pressure is also in the fuel bowl.
To much pressure and the internal parts of the carb gets confused. Hell, even without a turbo, a carb can be difficult to set up right.

You can set up the turbos after the carbs. Like the superchargers. You just have to be carefull with the temperatures on the compressor side to keep the fuel from igniting. Also you can't have too much preassure because even thought it is after the carb it will create vaccum in the carb.

And you cannot have intercoolers, the fuel air mix will not fair well being cooled down. The fuel will condence into larger drops, not a mist/vapor, making it more difficult to combust.
