Default to none selected in the body/drivetrain config menu

I feel as though it would make it slightly less cumbersome when you're choosing a body style to have it start with none selected and allow you to choose which ones to show, rather than just showing all of them and making you click each one to deselect them and sort out the styles that you want.

Another option could be to just have a "select/deselect all" button

Edit: It seems to be doing exactly this now. Either something changed in a recent patch or I'm just a dummy. Either way this thread can be deleted.

We made it work as it should in yesterday's patch :) the behavior was all strange before.
