Trunk Locks

Hi Devs,

After playing the demo and enjoying it, i purchased the game just now :). I have two suggestions though:
1. Trunk locks...i think maybe a set of door locks for the trunk would add a bit of realism to the game. These could be added in the handle section of the car designer.
2. allowing for better positioning of objects when the x2 option is deselected. The game removes one of the object but still demands the positioning of both (or maybe i'm not doing it right).

Well those are my two cents. Congrats on making a wonderful game and continue to do so. I can't wait to see how it develops in the near future. :D

Best Regards,
Don

Re: Trunk Locks

1: I was thinking similar, due to the way the game works, handles are always mirrored, so maybe it'd be a part best added under badges. This being said, that's actually what I do now, add the small circular badge and shrink it down  Almost indistinguishable at distance!

2: a known issue with no known solution at this stage, I think its something to do with not being able to "ignore" the hidden object.

Re: Trunk Locks

Basically, we could allow handles to be placed on the truck in a centered way, like grilles or a mirrored way, like vents. The centered one could be for sedans, hatchbacks etc.
The mirrored one for vans, as an example.

I remember posting about this in a thread before with adding another option to when you drag your fixture around. You could select to center align, or to mirror.
Anyway, not necesarry to be implemented straight away, but definetly interesting for down the road!

Re: Trunk Locks

This would be possible in the same way badges are done I'd say. Probably something to add later on when we start adding lots more fixtures.
