Side Exhausts

Something that I would personally love, I have no experience with making games and shit but it couldn't be TOO hard to make could it?
(By the way, I am already aware that you could just make a vent that simulates an exhaust but I think it would be awesome if you could place actual exhausts on the side)

Not necessarily. I was thinking of something like the exhaust on the Viper, where only the exhaust tip is visible.
If it would be possible to make the exhaust pipe visible along the side too, that would be cool. But that would probably be part of the body, not a fixture.

There are a couple of cars by members that use side mounted exhausts but I don't know how they did them, maybe photoshop? I can't find the car that featured it. It was like the exhaust from first generation dodge viper, not the current one which can be mimicked using vents.
One of mine uses fender mounted exhausts, but it would be cool to be able to use exhaust tips instead of vents as well.
My only concern is once this becomes available, suddenly every car uses them.

Someone will put them on a hatchback or sedan, even though there aren't any in real life.
Meh, I guess thats the whole point of the game, to make crazy cars you wouldn't see in real life

If anyone went chav, its you. You suggested something that has been asked for multiple times already. Since you've been here for over a year and made over a 100 posts, I would think you knew how to search the forum by now. Please use it next time.

I actually suggested this back in February in one of my first ever posts here, and it had even been suggested before me. A quick search for "side exhausts" brought up those posts.
