low friction forged

Some/alot of newer engines have ceramic coated forged pistons (VW seems to be fond of these and some newer diesels). Is it possible we will ever see them in the engine designer?

Not likely, we have all game-play relevant versions covered in the current state. More can easily be added via mods, but they wouldn't contribute to better gameplay IMO.

they would be a bit of a gamebreaker. but if they would cost quite a bit , they may be in balance with the other types
