Company management suggestion

Hello,

In a lot of tycoon games i eventually run into the same problem over and over again wich ultimately kills my willingness to play said game.
This problem occurs when the company gets bigger and bigger. Eventually there is a point where i'm to busy with trivial things like keeping the inventory full or managing personnel etc. that i don't have any time to do the things i actually want to do. Is it going to be possible in the game to hire one or many assistants to manage the stuff you don't even want to be bothered with ?

Like i want to hire somebody to keep my inventory full so that i can work on my engine designs.
I would like to have the option to hire someone for all the stuff i don't want to do.
You could make these assistants so that the have different levels a.k.a efficiency/performance and the better an assistant is the more you need to pay him.
So in the beginning of your company you might have to keep your inventory up your self because you can't afford to pay an assistant(s) to do it for you.

Will this be possible ?

Also i think taking over other company's MUST be in the game because it plays such in important role in the real word of car company's

Re: Company management suggestion

We don't plan on including any (sub-)parts or material management in the first place, gets rid of boring busywork. The only things you will have in stock probably are engines and car models. Playing the game never should feel like work.
