Intercooler sizes

Some engines need bigger intercoolers. A medium (or lesser) intercooler cant hold a high pressure.
Also i found a problem when i was looking for cc limits for each intercoolers size.

The size of the intercooler is currently limited by the engine size, and I personally don't feel the need to have a bigger intercooler than is currently allowed. Remember it's a car company game, meaning you're supposed to build production cars.
The bug was found in the beta a week or so ago and has been fixed there, don't know when it will be fixed for the public release though.

Heyya! This is because there is no tiny water-intercooler for V8s, causing the crash. This will be fixed in the next release.
