i think being able to control to specs of the heads would be a great addition.
-flow bench system to optimize flow through the intake and exhaust
-porting of heads
-valve size (exhaust and intake valves adjusted separately)
-changing out valve springs with stiffer ones to combat valve float (beneficial to high rev race engines)
-different combustion chambers (flat head, hemi, etc)

-a selection of different intake manifolds for carb and single point EFI engines

also NOS and water methanol systems with the NOS system having just a simple rpm that it turns on and its on to rpm limit and water methanol being a great air charge cooler on turbo engines

Most of the things discussed in many topics. I think the answer is no. The reason is that the engine designer is complex enough at the moment because this is a car company tycoon game - not a engine designer simulation.

Regarding NOS and stuff. Which production cars have been fitted with those? Was this car company tycoon or tuning car tycoon ? :)
