You see, some people (like me), don't have credit cards, maybe you shall make another paying methods, like SMS payment (in my country that exists), or... I don't know! Find something different than credit cards!

I understand your concern.
There has been several topics about this already, and they are looking into more methods if I understood correctly.
Check these, maybe they help you out a bit maybe:

We do want to find more payment methods, but it's really hard finding good ones that cover all countries etc, if you've got any advice as to what payment providers are usually used in your country, let us know. How do you usually buy games?

I buy games from a physical box, containing the CD.

How about Western Union? so we can send real money?

SMS Payments and other similar methods are meant for microtransactions, and since SMS providers take from 40% to 50%, the game would cost twice as much. Consider issuing a debit card, Visa can be used worldwide and most banks don't have any taxes, or if there are any, it's no more than $5/year. If you don't have 18, you can ask your parents, I doubt there will be a problem, because Debit cards are not like Credit cards and you cannot use money you don't own.

there are myriad of other problems as well
some countries have rules which prohibit you from sending money abroad in any shape or form unless you have a permit that costs a lot of $$$$
I currently live in morocco (my job), and I couldn't buy the game using my credit card; even though it is a MasterCard. on the card it says valid only in morocco.
luckily I am from the U.S and go there on a regular basis to see my family during vacation (that's how I bought my copy). other countries also have this rule.
but I do think the best solution is to have a swift code along with an account number to which people can wire money to (very little cost). it is legal in morocco (loophole).
