I would like release this same car in many configurations eg.
Basic: standard seats, option to buy heated up seats
Extra: better engine, standard seats option to buy heated up seats and leather seats
Premium: even better engine, heated up seats with option to buy leather seats
what do you think about that idea?

That's basically exactly what you can do when you create more models based on one platform and/or with revising existing models. I don't know if "options" for the customer can/will be implemented. A workaround could be if you just made different versions, for example one with leather seats and one without.
