Brand loyality

Hello

So basically im in economical school and we were today talking about brand loyality and i started to think about automation.

The name says it pretty much but it basically mean that if you buy something all the time you basically become a "fan", like apple fans have a loyality to the brand even though its more expensive than other similar product.
They buy it becouse of the loyality to the brand and the imago.

I dont know if you have planned anything like this but if not it would be pretty cool!

Also people usually stick with the same brand car if they have got a good service and it dosent break all the time :)

You could maybe also devlop some thing like membership card, maybe give gifts to loyal customers and other crap like that to rise the loyality ;) (might be a bit much but just an idea)

Have a good day!

Yes, brand loyalty will be an important factor in the game... it will take a long time to build up and is far quicker to destroy.

It will also be connected to what people perceive your brand to stand for: if you are a German supercar manufacturer, and you suddenly decide it would be a good idea to produce a low-end budget family car, your brand will probably suffer.

But if we can have some brands, we can take one how a supercar manufacturer and the other to make cheapers cars. If not, i think you couldn´t limit that, because we will try to have the most complete brand, with supercars and Utilitarian cars.

Re: Brand loyality

Yes, you will be able to have multiple brands, so products of one of them won't impact the other.
