when you start youre littel company and you doing well....there must bee a thing tha investor groups ore bigger company's come to you and offer a amount of money. thet put you targets en evrey target you compleet you get a amount of money fore (a bonus). like:
sell 10.000 cars bonus: 2 000 000 mil. ore when a bigger company buys you they can set limits. HP limmet 200 Hp....ore emissien rules.
