One thing that would be cool to be included would be the option to design twincharging systems, similar to Volkswagen's 1.4 litre TSI engine. Only instead of being limited to 4 cylinder engines, they could expand to V6, V8, and higher engines. The problem is that there has not really ever been a mass produced twincharged car due to cost. The horse power potential is incredible though, and setting up the system on something like a Corvette engine similar to what the Hennessey Venom GT has, would be the epitome of power without needing the Bugatti Veyron's bulky W16 engine. It would be nice to see this option included in the game.

There was also the Nissan Micra Superturbo in the '80s that had twin charging.

The bugatti veyron has 4 turbo's.
