In the game, can u incorporate like a engine failure like oil sludge or carbon deposits left in the motor.

How would that happen to a newly designed engine you're testing though, and what design factors would cause it to happen?

i mean like after a couple of years after i like designed a engine. happened to me once, had a 2002 Audi A4 and my dealer put this cheap synthetic oil into the motor from the manufacturer and happen to create oil sludge in my motor. got rid of the car quick as hell.
