Natural Disasters

I think once you guys get to the actual tycoon/factory stage, i think it would be more realistic to have natural(and unnatural) disasters. Ex. Like in Japan there were the earthquakes and tsunamis, along with the nuclear meltdowns. Stuff along those lines.
And of course the purpose of having this is to cause damage to factories, preventing them from making cars.
