Body length and width?

I have looked at the YouTube video of the designer and drool every time. I see that you start the body design with somewhat of a chasis. BUT, my question is: can this body size be lengthened, shortened, or widened? If so we could see all types of really cool vehicle designs and really add to the dealerships' array of vehicles to offer.

To some extent yes, but it'll still be constrained by the basic chassis proportions (of which there will be a range of sizes)
