Custom Scoops, Hoods, and Door Panels

WOuld be nice to be able to add interchangeable body and door scoops (like Mustangs) or different hood types and be able to do this on the fly. Same for different door panel designs.

Scoops are easy enough we reckon, they should be available, not sure about the others yet
