If this, than that.

The fuel mixture, compression, Ignition timing, Cam profile, and VVL all affect each other when tweaked. Can you guys implement a system that will let us know what changes will happen if we increase or decrease one of these factors?

Check the live update screen?

When ever you make a change it will show you how much it changed compared to the previous value, and if you are unhappy you can just switch back.

Because these are small increments, I suggest pushing the hold button before you make a change. In that way the side panel and final testing screen compares the stats to those held. That gives you a good idea how large the change is.
