I made a suggestion for long tail lights but they said that I would have to mod it but when I try to reply I don't know how to mod, they frickin' lock it so I cant reply so I made another one and they did the SAME THING. they asked why I did it again. well, I could have answered but NOOOOOOO IT WAS LOCKED!!!!! I DONT KNOW HOW TO MOD OKAY!?!?

You misunderstand. The answer was that they may come later as more lights/fixtures will be added, and mod tools released AT A LATER DATE will allow more things like lights to be made and added by the community. The topic was locked the second time because the question had already been answered, that's all. Does that clear it up for you?
