We should make, in Sandbox, you could have everything for free, im geting alot bored and i just plaied the game today... i can't too do the tutorials, its alot confuse...

Well he's not registered as even naturally aspirated yet so, I was starting off seeing if he's even bought the game .

Steam users wont show up as naturally aspirated though.

But yeah, if you do the steps in order, it should work fine.

Also, he may have missed the arrow right in the sandbox menu, which would bring him to the engine manager instead of the car manager.
