Turbocharged rank?

Hey, can someone enlighten me on the Turbocharged rank?
I know Supercharged(which I didn't buy because I personally had a hard time justifying the cost), but what's this? Exhaust driven boosting members? Or just people with laggy computers?

Its just the supercharged version plus the soundtrack i believe.

It was sold a few years ago and was replaced by the supercharger rank once the soundtrack was released.

Ah. I'm hoping an upgrade option is released sometime, as I'm starting to want dat V16.. ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

It might happen once on Steam, but you will always be able to buy the V16 DLC.
