So I bought this game looong ago now, and there has been so little progress for being a game studio its not even funny.

I am so dissapoint in how slow the development are, and regretting I bought it.

What is going on really? Is anything new coming up?
Is there a shortage of money to develop the game in a good phase, or is the developers just slackers?

Well, I am "dissapoint" in your attitude.

I would have understood your post, if the game was developed by some giant of video game industry.

I would have understood your post, if the game was a sequel of some sort, and the devs just forgot to add, idk, tech pools in the base game.

As it stands however, it is a game done by 3 people, and something that has never REALLY been done before. (meaning some concepts may not really work out and might need to be redone) It would be unreasonable to assume the development would be anything but slow, and it's just plain disrespectful to call devs slackers.

Not only that, but the fact that the development is slow was known long before you bought the game.

Also, the devs are polishing the game up for steam early access. New bodies are coming up, the revamped platform-model flow is coming up, the descriptions and the tutorials for car designer are coming up, new multiplayer modes are coming up.

Thats why im asking though, saying that "it only gets developed by x numbers of people" cannot be excused forever, can it?

I mean, do they not hire or anything?

No we don't hire, we don't have the budget for that. Currently we are mostly working on behind the scenes stuff like steam integration more car bodies, and experimenting for a move to a decent modern game engine.

If we are as successful as we hope on steam, we would love to bring on more staff, and that is part of the reason I've been working on more 3d tutorials. (For future art contractors)

We have always been honest about the fact that we are a small team doing a big game. We don't plan on stopping development until its finished, but development will continue at the normal pace.

If you don't feel like you have had, or will have $25 worth of enjoyment out of Automation then I apologize.

Anyhow we will continue our slow and methodical development process. As I have mentioned on every other negative post you've made, Automation is going to take a long time. I am sorry for this, please do not continue to make these threads.
