Alright, this took a long time, but here we go!

Cars per Hour = factory's productivity units per day / car's productivity unit costs / 24 (24 hours in a day, right?)

Minutes per Car = 60 / Cars per Hour

Employee Wages per car = number of employees on production line * employee wages per hour / Minutes per Car

For instance, if we had a setup like so...

factory's productivity units per day = 20000
car's productivity unit costs = 170
number of employees on production line = 200 (just guessing)
employee wages per hour = 28

Then, our employee costs per car would be...

457.5163398692810457516339869281

Yay! xD

Sadly it isn't as simple as that :P Atleast in Europe you have to pay taxes etc for each exployee too, making the rough salary cost more like 40-50$/hour, and if you want to run your factory during night: night shifts cost even more. And then you have running costs such as electricity, factory maintenance, supporting staff salaries,... Salaries are regio dependant too, making stuff even more hard to estimate.
