How do in-game emmisions stats equate to Euro emissions?

The in-game emissions are given as a percentage, is there any way to translate it to see which Euro emissions category it falls in?

Nah, they are given as an arbitrary value, no percentages or anything. There is no way to translate them. How we're going to do in the tycoon part remains to be seen, there will be regulations and such.
