Ohh yeah, ultra-mega-hyper-giga *ohh sorry, forgot my caps lock* ULTRA-MEGA-HYPER-PETAPW3NZ0Rz top performing even :D
Running on ultra seems not to be a good idea with that PC... probably got lucky there were no mushroom clouds coming out of it ;) It should be able to handle medium settings pretty well though, with SSAO switched off.

Oh damn. Didn't knew top performing PCs have such problems with automation.
My mainstream computer from the local ALDI-Shop can handle it on the highest settings with 80fps... maybe I have the wrong ingame settings :O

Yeah, my PC runs it at what I'd call decently playable framerates on the very top settings, but that's only since the AMD 7970 card went in.

The only thing that ruins my game is SSAO, I just turn it off. Looks better me thinks. :P

Inspiron 660s is one of those budget small form factor PC's. The processor and ram are actually somewhat decent, but its that integrated intel video card that is killing it.

II have a custom built PC and it runs the game fully maxed out with no issues.

AMD FX 8150.
16GB of ram (Running on 12gb since 1 stick decided to die)
GeForce 570 GTX.

I still pull off 40-60FPS.

An easy way to boost frames is to overclock vid cards to near double fps download msi afterburner don't do this on integrated it wont work. Also if you want to upgrade for around the 100$ pricetagget a XFX RADEON 7750 great card for price i had one and i could get near 120FPS on this easy. Now im into higher quality gameing so i build my own pc's. (it's really easy by the way its a matter of plugging eight things together that's it) I have a sapphire 7770 now for about 140 $ price range and its able to handle everything just sayin how easy it can be to upgrade.

another one was when I was at work once, yes I work with computers for a job okay, well I had these pcs and for fun my boss said that they were gonna be dismantled but I could play with them well I did and I overclocked both computers to like 12GHz took both heat sinks off right...and then fired them up...you should have seen both CPUs explode....god above that was soo funny....

Who told you a Dell Inspiron was one of the world's top performing computers? Their website lists them as "Every day desktops" starting at 300 dollars.
