Turbo Torque

is it possible to make a turbo'ed engine where the torque graph doesn't drop like a rock after hitting max output, if yes.. How?!

t'is a very edumacational game..

Might be either the A/R ratio or the exhaust sizing starting to choke up power at higher RPM?

every turbo i make end up having a very peaky torque output and i can't figure out what to do to fix the curve from looking like ^ that.. will try fiddling with the A/R, i always adjust the exhaust to fit the engine I'm building
