Problem with rising tide scenario

I decided to have a go at the rising tide scenario and it took me about 20 mins to get platinum. As a perfectionist i keapt on tweaking the engine before adjusting the quality sliders. I found that the engine preformed much better when all the sliders were on -15 (hence the very low minimum MTBF). This is clearly a bug.

Re: Problem with rising tide scenario

Actually it isn't, the points scored for MTBF is 0%. Cause let's face it you're building a jet ski and I don't believe that MTBF is going to be a problem considering you won't use it an awful much.
Anyway there is going to (or might have already be) a change to how the quality sliders work, believe it is said to half the difference in price, but the rest of the stats change as before, so you won't gain as much when reducing quality. But this scenario does not use this function yet, because that would need a new balancing by the beta team, which is not scheduled for any time soon, but it will be done before the game is released.

Re: Problem with rising tide scenario

That is fair enough. I just wanted to highlight the problem... that was all ;)
