I have the message: ¨valve float is occuring and reducing lifespan¨

How can we get under control the float valve?

P.D.I think i could have problems with translation of english technicisms , When will we have spanish translation?

Re: Valve Float

This is valve float https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_REQ1PUM0rY
This can somewhat be cured by smaller valves or harder valve springs. In this game you have 2 opportunities: reduce bore size or put more valves in the head.

Re: Valve Float

I know what is the valve float, But I didn't know how to control it or what parts control it in game exactly.

The problem is when i reduce the bore´s value, i want to have the same 8000 cc, and have to increase the stroke, after that the horsepower reduce drastically.
The same problem is when i put more valves.... I have 4 valves/piston, if i put 5 valves/piston i can´t control the VVL values.

If i have a flat V8, with 8000cc and 870HP, a lifespan around 76000...(i think isn´t bad values for that engine, with twin 4 barrel´s carburettor and performance intake), why is it saying me is reducing lifespan?

Thanks

Re: Valve Float

morgoth is right about how to cure it, if both these options are not acceptable: reduce the RPM limit, that cures it as well.

The Spanish translation is done and will be checked in the next few day to then be released with a patch to the public version.
Cheers!
