Re: Car Reviewing

Thinking about the delays...

I mentioned before, and I will say it again. In order to speed things up as Wizzy is bizzy* (*busy) a lot of the time, is there anybody who wants to do the design of these car reviews? You don't have to do the lot, just a good deal of it, and further details can be discussed elsewhere. The more people that say they'll help the better, as each one will have to do less and it will speed things up even further.

Re: Car Reviewing

#Cheeseman, what do you need?, a Word 'template' for pics and text (through a table would be easy)?, any 'photoshoping'?...

Is InDesign a free program? And how hard is it to use?

Re: Car Reviewing

IIRC it's not free as it's part of the adobe suite.

And from what I remember it's fairly easy to use.

Re: Car Reviewing

Its relatively easy, but no its not free as said above.
You need to find your way around though and learn hot keys, or else you are clicking like a mad man making everything fit and work properly.

InDesign, Quark Xpress, ok, like any magazine out there, but something that easy... Word can do the trick with a given structure through tables, and anyone can manage it.
A simple alternative.
