This is a bug i found when messing around whit a V8 Flatplane.
and the engine failed, but slowed down realy slow.

and it dosn't make any power or torque.

And how exactly is this a bug in anything but your engine design? It even says what is wrong: too high RPM, bottom end parts fail. In this case it fails so hard, it cannot even idle :D -15 quality is not helping here either.

I found a bug/typo in one of the scenarios:
Inline 6 Engines -> Conqueror of the Rings

It requires an Economy of less than 700 when, I'm pretty sure, it should be Emissions less than 700 as Economy usually hangs around the low single digits.

Not sure if this belongs here, but I didn't want to create a new thread if it wasn't needed.

Economy is in g/kWh. Typical values are in the hundreds.

Yeah, all you need to do is change your units from MPG US or UK, to Liters per 100 Km to get the value your trying to compare.

It is a bug though because the unit doesn't follow your preference like the others do.
