I believe if you select a body for example in the 60s and switch to the 40s, when the body didnt exist, it'll cause this glitch.

It won't be fixed just yet in the public build, but I'll check to see if it's resolved at least in the closed beta to see if they've addressed the issue.

Actually the bug is quite funny xD, doesn't exactly break the game. Honestly if any bugs need addressing it's the crashing bugs :/

Tried to recreate this in the closed beta, but it throws an LUA error instead of doing the steamroller, so it's obviously still not right...

Oh, yeah my eyes are dying today.
I honestly couldn't tell you when the game crashes, it often just kinda happens. If I remember correctly if you run it in windowed mode (as I always do) and you tab out it might freeze the game and Windows will tell you it has stopped responding.
